SERVICES

We recommend a full service (including linkage & swingarm) every 30 hours (motocross or supercross) / 50 hours (trail or desert).
To keep your suspension performing properly it is important that it is serviced regularly. Internal components can become worn and damaged from normal use. If left neglected it can result in unnecessary expenses and/or safety issues.

As always, valving updates are free of charge with every full service for life, including change of ownership (springs and additional wear parts not included).

FORKS:
Full service includes: Complete disassembly, scrub and rinse, inspect all components, polish and crosshatch inner tubes, replace oil seals and oil, adjust spring preload, oil level & clicker adjustments to riders' specifications.

Tech Tips

Front Suspension Air Pressure

Air is an unstable gas that builds up pressure as it is worked. Air pressure acts as a progressive spring and affects the entire range of fork travel. This means the fork action on your bike will get stiffer during a race or on a long ride. For this reason, release built up air pressure in the fork legs before you ride. Be sure the fork is fully extended with the front tire off the ground when you release the pressure. Then you can crack the air screw. Don't bleed the fork right when you come off the track, or off your ride, because the fork will be slightly warm and when it cools off you will have put a slight vacuum in it.

Chain tension is important for proper suspension action. if the chain is too tight, it will hinder wheel movement.
